In addition to overseeing the $100 million VINICIUS VARGENS PASCHOALINI TRUST, he proactively manages and advises on various other trust entities, guiding clients through the entire process of trust creation, administration, and optimization.

    With over 10 years of experience in construction and remodeling, Paschoalini has developed a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Co-founded PASCHOALINI GENERAL, a kitchen remodeling company, where he has been responsible for project management, client relations, and overall business operations since 2019.

    In addition to his real estate expertise, Paschoalini has also gained extensive knowledge in investment and trust creation over the past 3 years. He is a self-taught trust law specialist, proficient in interpreting and applying the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), particularly Articles 3, 8, and 9. Paschoalini is also knowledgeable in financial reporting standards (GAAP, FASB) and their relevance to trust and commercial transactions.

    As the Founder and Managing Member of VERMILION VITEZ LLC, an investment management company, Paschoalini oversees the firm's investment strategy, portfolio management, and client relations. He has also co-founded PASCHOALINI POWER HEALTH, a mobile IV therapy company, where he serves as the Chief Financial Officer.

    Paschoalini's leadership skills and dedication to his craft have made him a distinguished entrepreneur and a respected scholar in the fields of business, law, philosophy, theology, and economics.
